Membership Eligibility

 

Individuals engaged in Korean language education at preschools, elementary schools, middle and high schools, universities, or Korean language institutes who submit their membership information and pay the annual fee.

Members who already hold full membership in the Korean Language Teachers’ Association ((사)전국국어교사모임) are automatically full members of the Society and do not need to go through a separate registration process.

In accordance with Article 51(4) of the bylaws, the membership dues of full members of the Korean Language Teachers’ Association are covered by the support funds provided by that association.

 

Membership Procedure

 

Click “Sign Up” on the Our Korean Language Education Field Society Online Submission System (JAMS) and enter your personal information.

Pay the designated membership fee to the account below:

New members: a total annual fee of 30,000 KRW (no entrance fee).

Lifetime members: a one-time payment of 300,000 KRW (no entrance or annual fees).

 

Please deposit to: Woori Bank 1005-601-809545 (Korean Language Teachers’ Association)The entrance fee is paid only once when joining as a new member.
